We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Generalist with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of HR experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.Support payroll processing, preferably using ADP, including timekeeping and data accuracy.Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Assist in policy development and implementation.Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and workforce planning.Provide bilingual support for HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.Essential Skills3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.Working knowledge of ADP or similar payroll systems.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, reflecting a standard office schedule.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
