Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional for a part-time contract role. This position is ideal for someone with prior HR experience who is looking for flexible hours.
Responsibilities
Manage ADP Workforce Now, including entering new hires, processing terminations, running reports, and census data.Support employees with benefit enrollment and questions, run reports, and assist with open enrollment.Provide general HR support such as filing, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding tasks.Maintain phone lists and organizational charts.Occasionally greet visitors and assist at the front door, although there is minimal traffic.Essential Skills
Experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner.Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.Comfortable supporting a small office environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Detail-oriented and reliable.Experience working with highly confidential documents.Work Environment
The position offers the ability to work Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, around 20-25 hours a week. You will report to the HR manager in a small office environment, providing a supportive and flexible work setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
