Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer the front door in a professional and friendly mannerAssist with the check-in and onboarding process for temporary associatesScan, file, and organize documentsDistribute incoming mail and packagesOccasionally drive between nearby company locations (within 1 mile) to deliver or pick up documents and suppliesProvide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assignedMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesQualifications
Strong sense of initiative, reliability, and attention to detailGood judgment and the ability to follow directionsPrior office experience requiredExperience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is requiredHR experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredPrior HR experience would be preferred but not required: Enables faster adaptation to onboarding and document management tasks.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required: Improves communication with Spanish-speaking associates and supports a diverse workforce.
Ability to drive short distances: Facilitates timely delivery and pickup of documents and supplies between nearby company locations.
Required Education, Certifications, or Years of Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent typically expected.
No certifications required.
Prior office experience is mandatory; generally, at least one year preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
