Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make a strategic impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team for a 6-month contract, supporting our Medley, FL site.
What You’ll Do:
As an HR Generalist, you’ll serve as a key partner to site leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals and foster a culture of excellence.
Strategic Partnership: Advise senior leadership and align HR programs with business objectives.Culture Champion: Promote RTX core values—Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation.Leadership Development: Coach and mentor managers and employees to unlock their full potential.Succession Planning: Support talent pipeline development for future organizational needs.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations.Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with TA to attract and retain top talent.Process Improvement: Apply lean methodologies to enhance HR processes.Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts.\\What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.7+ years of progressive HR experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).Experience supporting hourly workforce in a manufacturing setting.Proven ability to build trust and coach leaders while advocating for employees.Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in HR or related field.Experience in a non-union labor environment.Success navigating large, matrixed organizations.Strong communication and change management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday HRIS.Analytical mindset with project management experience.Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
