THE ROLE
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support hotel-wide human resources operations while delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, and ensuring full compliance with Hilton’s global brand standards. Reporting and analytics will be managed by the Director of HR.

A Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.
What will I be doing?
As a Human Resources Executive, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Executive will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
