Job Descriptions: Prometheus Energetics is looking for a Human Resources Director to direct the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the following human resource functions: compensation, employment, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, organizational development, talent management, culture, training and company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company, recommending and implementing changes to methods. GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: + Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction. + Partners with VP to select and develop personnel to ensure efficient operations of talent management throughout the organization. + Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. + Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensure operations effective achievement of objectives. + Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. + Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. + Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. + Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. + Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position has direct supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or a minimum of 8 years and a Master's degree; or 16 years equivalent work experience.
