Join our team and start your journey today! **Description** The HR Director will partner with business leaders to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals across various global regions. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership driving strategic talent strategies by supporting talent management initiatives, organizational development, and workforce planning strategies to drive business outcomes. **As the HR Director, you will** **:** + Partner with senior leadership teams to drive key talent decisions and provide advice and expertise tailored for Copeland’s specific business needs + Provide expertise across a broad set of domains, including workforce planning, organizational design and effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, strategic development, culture evolution and Inclusion & Belonging + Own, drive, and create the HR strategy that enables Copeland to be a talent magnet that attracts, retains, and advances top talent globally for several of the most critical functions within Copeland + Support Copeland’s business strategy, growth plans and operational objectives + Drive talent strategies to enable organizational transformation and growth, influencing leaders to plan for and address organizational design and workforce planning priorities for global business success + Effectively leverage the wider HR organization and specifically partnering with other HR team members to execute Copeland’s business priorities **Specific organization transformation projects include** **:** + With the support of a third party, designing a global shared service strategy and implementing globally + Support the redefining and redesigning global functional organizations, and leading functional excellence programs + Support the implementation of a new HR operating model **Required education, experiences & skills** **:** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field + A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience + A minimum of 5 years in a global HR leadership or business partner role + A minimum of 3 years’ experience interacting and influencing Sr Leaders (C Suite) + Proven experience managing organizational change, workforce planning, and talent management across multiple regions + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization + Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic business initiatives through HR solutions + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment **Preferred education, experiences & skills** : + Master’s degree Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $145,200-$261,400 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. **Remote Work Arrangement** : This role is fully remote. As a remote colleague, you may be required to travel to a Copeland site regularly to collaborate with your team or customers as needed.
