As a CVS Health Corporate Intern you will participate in: • Projects that contribute to the success of our business • Community service activities • Professional development workshops • Mentorship and networking opportunities • Interaction with senior leaders The Human Resources internship experience is an 10.5-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 27th, 2026, and concludes on August 7th, 2026. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location **.** The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. The hourly rate is $25/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health. Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs. About this business area: Human Resources supports the enterprise through various "Centers of Excellence" that support our business and corporate functions. Some of our divisions include: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning and Development, and Business Partner consulting services. You will gain valuable work experience and may have the opportunity to participate in areas such as: + Talent Acquisition: Colleague sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding + Talent Management: Managing and supporting elements of colleague development programs, learning and development initiatives, the colleague experience, culture and change management, etc. + Employee Relations: Managing and contributing to elements of colleague and leader consulting on employee relations matters + Benefits and Compensation: Managing and contributing to elements of the strategy design and/or implementation of Total Rewards Packages + HR Consulting Services (HR Business Partner): Partnering with the business to enable organizational goals through relationship building and strategic HR consulting HR Corporate Interns will have an increased likelihood to receive a post-graduation offer for the full-time HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). The HRLDP is a three-year rotational program based out of Hartford, CT. **Required Qualifications** + Meet educational requirements (see education section) + Have a willingness to work out of the Hartford, CT office **Preferred Qualifications** + Internship or work experience supporting the Human Resources functions of an organization or group area. Examples include recruiting, interviewing, benefits, training, or strategic planning + Demonstrated comfort with technology and emerging tools, including an interest in how AI and digital solutions can enhance HR practices and the future of work + Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports + Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish + Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration experience + An interest in obtaining a full-time position within the CVS Health HR Leadership Development Program upon graduation **Education** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree + Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2026 and June 2027 + Have a major or job experience relevant to the position such as Psychology; Human Resources; Business; Sociology; Political Science; and/or have a minor or concentration in Human Resources **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $25.00 - $25.00 Whether in our pharmacies or through our health service offerings, we are pioneering a bold new approach to total health care.
