The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting this mission by providing high‑quality, efficient HR administrative support. This role helps ensure a positive employee experience, supports HR operations, and partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Leaders to deliver timely and accurate HR services. **Responsibilities:** + Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with cross‑functional teams. + Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing accurate, timely information on HR policies, procedures, and programs. + Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and compliance requirements. + Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and tracking across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. + Coordinate activities related to benefits, compensation administration, and employee life‑cycle events. + Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and pre‑employment documentation as needed. + Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and site‑level HR events. + Help ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international employment regulations. + Prepare HR documentation, correspondence, and presentations as requested. + Support HR projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience. **Qualifications:** + Prior HR support, coordination, or administrative experience preferred. + Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. + Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and support multiple stakeholders. **Key Competencies:** + Confidentiality and Professional Ethics + Customer Service Orientation + Attention to Detail + Team Collaboration + Problem‑Solving + Communication and Interpersonal Skills + Initiative and Drive for Continuous ImprovementWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and programs.
