Human Resources Coordinator
Job Title: Human Resources CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. This role involves maintaining both hard and digital copies of employee records, assisting with the recruitment process, and supporting various HR functions. The position requires a keen attention to detail and a passion for human resources. Responsibilities + Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. + Maintain both hard and digital copies of employee records. + Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. + Assist with performance management procedures. + Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas. + Coordinate training sessions and seminars. + Perform orientations and update records of new staff. + Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. + Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. + Support other assigned functions. + Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. + 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator. + Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations. + Effective HR administration and people management skills. + Exposure to payroll practices. + Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Fantastic organizational and time management skills. + Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. + Meticulous attention to detail. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. The role involves using HR systems and human resources software to support administrative duties. The position demands a professional demeanor with a business-casual dress code. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corona, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
