Position Summary

Beacon Hill is hiring a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to support a high‑volume recruiting and HR team. This role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and HR administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a long‑term contract opportunity offering strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Talent Development, with potential for continued growth.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (Long-Term)
Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible start times between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Start Date: ASAP

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition SupportSchedule intake calls between recruiters and hiring managersReview applicants through the applicant tracking system and LinkedInCoordinate interviews for professional-level roles across multiple locationsCommunicate with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and next stepsCoordinate interviews involving executive leadership and third‑party recruitersInterview Scheduling & CoordinationCreate detailed interview agendas including times, locations, and interviewersPrepare interview packets containing resumes, job descriptions, and assessmentsCoordinate onsite interview logistics and schedulingOnboarding & New Hire SupportSend onboarding documents, background checks, and welcome communicationsCoordinate onboarding schedules and first‑week plansCreate onboarding packets (org charts, office information, system access details)Submit IT access and equipment requestsSchedule onboarding meetings with key stakeholdersHR AdministrationDraft and upload job descriptionsPrepare personnel change documentationDraft offer letters as requestedMaintain confidential employee files within HR systemsSupport separation and offboarding documentationTalent Development & ReportingPull and format HR, LMS, and HRIS reportsCoordinate training sessions and track participationCommunicate training details to employeesAdditional Administrative SupportCode HR invoicesAudit timecards and assist with payroll preparationSupport employee events and HR initiativesMaintain Talent Acquisition SOP documentationSystems & ToolsADP (transitioning to Dayforce)HRIS / ATS platformsLearning Management Systems (LMS)Microsoft Excel and PowerPointInterview and assessment platformsQualificationsExperience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or administrative supportStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent organizational and time‑management skillsComfortable handling confidential informationBasic to intermediate Excel skills (formatting, organizing data)Results‑driven with a strong sense of urgencyWhat This Role OffersLong‑term contract stabilityHybrid work schedule with flexible hoursHands‑on exposure to recruiting, HR operations, and talent developmentOpportunity to support executive‑level and professional hiringCollaborative, fast‑paced team environment
