Human Resources Coordinator
Overview Human Resources Coordinator The San Luis Resort is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating a variety of HR programs and assisting colleagues with HR related tasks and questions. Responsibilities Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Redirect Human Resources related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team Assist with all different facets of Human Resources operation including recruitment, training and basic information of benefits Assist with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed Assist with organizing and executing employee events and celebrations Responsible for resort wide communication. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed. Complete administrative duties including ordering office supplies, creation of flyers, managing and maintaining files, records and databases. Qualifications High school diploma required, college degree preferred Experience with Microsoft Office products is required Previous hotel experience preferred Physical demands: sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
