Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the administration of Human Resources (HR) practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and compliance. The Human Resources Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring the execution, compliance, and timeliness of New Hire and onboarding processes. They will also take on other administrative duties in recruiting and auditing. This team member will collaborate with other HR functions in executing projects and initiatives. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources. This is currently a hybrid position allowing for most workweeks to be split between in and out-of-office work. \n
Essential Functions: \n\nAdminister New Hire employees into our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring proper completion of required paperwork, and timely & accurate processing\nCollaborate in the posting of job requisitions through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). \nManage the Paycom support queue and respond to team member questions in a timely manner\nAssist with coordinating and supporting HR training classes for team members and leaders\nManage employee records retention and archive\nManage our Verifications of Employment\nManage our E-Verify compliance program\nPerform routine system audits in our HRIS system to ensure data continuity\nTakes ownership of assigned processes and proposes innovations and continuous improvement\nCollaborate in creating\/generating HR training content using multiple software \nPerforms other duties in support of the HR team as directed\n\n
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\n\nProven track record of learning a software system and performing multi-layered administrative tasks within the system with accuracy\nDeductive reasoning and discretion in handling sensitive information and deciding on employment or continued employment eligibility \nStrong computer skills: comfortable using numerous programs such as the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), with the ability to learn and be proficient in other systems and software (Adobe Acrobat, Pest Pac, HRIS, Applicant Pro, Intranet, etc.)\nOrganizational skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nIndividuals must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of management and positions\nAbility to multitask \nAbility to work independently and maintain accountability to those served by the position\nThe position requires building trusting relationships with all levels of the organization and the ability to communicate with individuals throughout the Company to promote Arrow's Vision\nThis position must maintain confidentiality.\n\n
Minimum Qualifications:\n\nHR experience and\/or a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required\n\n
