Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Description

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily HR operations and fostering a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace. You will manage employee records, coordinate onboarding, and assist with policy enforcement while contributing to staffing and safety initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesSupport HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.Maintain employee records and update the HRIS (Rippling) with changes and certifications.Coordinate onboarding logistics and pre-employment screenings.Assist with policy implementation and respond to HR inquiries.Partner with staffing agencies and help manage temporary labor.Support candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.Ensure OSHA compliance, track safety training, and manage PPE.Assist with safety investigations and policy violations.Promote team engagement and help organize recognition activities.Essential SkillsHuman resourcesEmployee relationsOnboardingHR administrationEmployee benefitsOSHA 10OSHA 30PayrollHuman resource managementMicrosoft OfficeHR supportFMLAAdditional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or warehouse settings.Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety programs.Strong organizational skills and discretion with sensitive information.A proactive, adaptable mindset and excellent communication skills.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
