Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting HR Generalists, primarily focusing on recruiting activities and providing front desk coverage.
ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews.Complete new hire paperwork.Coordinate employee engagement activities.Assist with employee safety testing, including hearing tests.Maintain files for new hires.Act as a backup to the front desk for visitors and assign badges.Essential Skills2+ years of HR experience OR HR degree and 1+ year of HR experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsBeing bilingual is a plus.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Work Environment
The role is based in a military manufacturing facility, within the office section, with potential movement throughout different areas. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 1st shift hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM. The dress code is business casual. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
