Job Description
The HR Coordinator will assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. This role involves supporting the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with performance management procedures, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas. Coordinating training sessions and seminars, performing orientations, and updating records of new staff are also key responsibilities. The role includes producing and submitting reports on general HR activity, assisting with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects, and supporting other assigned functions while staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

This position operates within a professional office environment using various technologies and equipment integral to human resources functions. The role involves standard office hours, and dress code adherence reflects a business casual attire.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
