Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in our downtown Fort Worth, Texas corporate headquarters to complete our growing HRBP team. 

 

As HRBP, you will truly be a business partner, not just an HR Generalist. The key skills that differentiate our HRBPs from an HR Generalist (in no particular order) are:

Primary Responsibilities:

Consults with leaders and employees providing daily HR guidance and direction. Must be able to interface at all levels of the organizationUnderstands business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the companyAnalyzes trends and metrics and shares insights and opportunities with leadership and managementResolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances and concernsWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagementProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Provides HR guidance, direction and adherenceMonitors and reports on workforce and succession planningCreates, leads directs and/or participates in a variety of projects and programs including – salary planning, policy development, training design and delivery, workforce design and workforce planning Suggests/helps create HR strategies for clientsComfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results

Qualifications5+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources2+ years of experience as an HR Business PartnerBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldFull understanding of all HR functions and best practicesThorough knowledge of labor law/legislationExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to scale easily between strategic and tactical tasksAnalytical and goal orientedDemonstrable experience with HR metrics
