What You Will Be Doing


As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support to our Camden, Arkansas manufacturing facility.



Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Partnering with business leaders to deliver people and business-focused solutions.
Managing employee relations and providing guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinating staffing plans, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive talent strategies.
Supporting organizational effectiveness by identifying gaps, assessing risks, and working with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Coaching leaders and employees on communication, feedback, recognition, accountability, and conflict resolution.

This role requires in-office presence at the Camden, Arkansas location.



MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of prior Human Resources experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or Labor Relations Representative.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent management processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership, employees, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Client facing experience working in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships, action oriented, strong decision making skills, organized, and dependable.
• Experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, Workforce Planning and Management, Compensation and/or Project Management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
