About the Role
We’re recruiting an HRBP – Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our Allansford manufacturing site on a Fixed‑term contract, which will run until May 2027. This role has been created to provide dedicated on‑site support during a period of increased operational and employee relations activity, including multiple Enterprise Agreement (EBA) negotiations.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will partner closely with site leadership, production teams and union stakeholders to support the full employee lifecycle and provide trusted HR advice across a complex, unionised manufacturing environment. While this is a business partnering role, you will be well supported by a broader HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with site leaders and production teams to provide practical, proactive HR business partnering supportCoach and support leaders through employee relations matters, including complex investigations, disciplinary processes and grievancesProvide support during EBA‑related activity, including consultation, preparation and engagement with union stakeholdersAttend meetings with production and operational leaders to support training, issue resolution and people initiativesEnsure compliance with Saputo policies, values and relevant workplace legislationSupport and embed performance management, reward and engagement cycles across the siteSupport talent identification, succession planning and workforce planning activitiesManage HR system transactions and ensure accurate people data (Workday experience desirable but not essential)About You
Experience operating at HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level, supporting operational leadersDemonstrated experience managing employee relations matters and investigations in complex environmentsExposure to unionised workforces and EBA‑based environments is highly advantageousConfident engaging with frontline leaders, production teams and union representativesComfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing or operational settingStrong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related disciplineWhat We Offer
