Job Title: Human Resources/Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in daily HR functions and strong administrative tasks. The position involves HR tracking, attendance reporting, and supporting recruiting processes, including potentially scheduling interviews and reviewing timecards. The candidate may also support other sites temporarily and engage with HR systems like Oracle HCM, UKG, or ADP for tasks such as running reports and assisting with new hire enrollments.
Responsibilities
Track HR metrics and attendance, following up with managers as necessary.Assist in scheduling interviews and reviewing timecards.Support other sites temporarily as needed until the HR Manager is hired.Use HR systems to look up information, run reports, and assist with new hire enrollments.Participate in new employee orientations, typically conducted once a week.Manage I9 documentation.Collect and manually track performance reviews to facilitate collaboration.Support the engineering department by printing blueprints and manuals, which may take one to two hours daily.Essential Skills

The position is 100% onsite within the engineering office wing of a manufacturing environment. The work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 2:30 PM on Fridays, with some flexibility. The role involves collaboration with both HR and Engineering leaders.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
