Our client, a provider in the facilities industry, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their Long Island City Corporate Office. This role plays a key role in supporting the SVP of Human Resources and HR Director through high-level administrative, operational, and project-based support. The HR Assistant will help facilitate day-to-day HR functions, coordinate employee lifecycle processes, and assist with key initiatives impacting both corporate employees and a unionized workforce across the NYC Metro Area. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.3+ years of progressive experience in high-level administrative or HR support capacity, preferably in a corporate environment, required.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, required.Experience in a unionized work environment, particular in janitorial, facilities, or service industry, strongly preferred.Direct experience managing a large employee base and conducting labor relations investigations, required.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all organizational levels.

The salary for this role is $60k-$75k per year.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
