Job Title: HR Assistant - My HR Live Support (MHLS)

Job Description

As part of the My HR Live Support team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, consistent, and timely responses to a diverse range of inquiries through various contact channels.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring each is resolved with a high degree of problem solving and customer focus.Receive and address inquiries via phone, chat, and email related to Leave, Disability, and HR issues as the first point of contact.Refer to documentation such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures to resolve inquiries, escalating when necessary.Build trust with customers through empathetic, personalized interactions, and adjust case management plans as needed.Respond to employee-impacting issues during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation.Use judgment and critical thinking to balance process adherence with employee needs when analyzing disability, leave, and accommodation requests.Consult and collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and update policies.

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates are expected to have a dedicated space in their residence to perform their duties effectively. During the training and nesting period, being on camera is required. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain corporate HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
