Job Description
This role is pivotal in supporting our company's HR department by preparing for HR audits through meticulous file scanning and organization. The position involves organizing, filing, and securing outstanding employee records to ensure compliance, accuracy, and the proper handling of sensitive employee information.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing for HR audits by scanning and organizing files.Organize, file, and secure employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.Coordinate and manage HR files to handle sensitive information appropriately.Provide administrative support including data entry and email correspondence.Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for various administrative tasks.Essential Skills3+ years of professional HR knowledge.Proficiency in handling confidential information.Experience in organizing HR files.1+ year of experience with Excel.Experience with high level email correspondence.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong administrative support and assistance skills.Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.Competence in file coordination, scanning, and data entry.Ability to manage HR confidential files efficiently.
Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
