Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient organization and processing of HR documentation and supporting departmental clerical tasks. The position is part-time, offering 20-25 hours a week from Monday to Thursday.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize I9 documents in preparation for an upcoming audit.File paperwork into the correct areas to ensure proper documentation.Make copies of onboarding documents for new hires.Support the Accounting Manager by scanning and organizing paperwork.Collaborate with other departments to perform various clerical tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in administrative support tasks including scanning, filing, and copying.Experience with onboarding processes and HR administration.Competency in Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a noisy environment.Familiarity with onboarding paperwork is advantageous.Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and requires flexibility to accommodate various clerical tasks. The role involves part-time hours, 20-25 hours a week, from Monday to Thursday, providing an opportunity to work in a busy setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
