Responsibilities
You Will . . .
Provide onsite support at our Orkin USA HR Office in Atlanta, GAAnalyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making through reports and dashboards on key metrics such as turnover, retention, and workforce demographicsAssist with Leave of Absence administrationPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for HR leadershipOrganize and prioritize projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRespond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person with accuracy and professionalismMaintain accurate employee records and HR files in compliance with company policiesSupport HR initiatives such as onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement activitiesAssist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling logisticsPerform other duties as assigned to support HR operationsThe Benefits…

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or HR support experienceExperience in a corporate environment preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughAbility to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the organizationWork Environment and Physical Requirements
