Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and analyze partner separations in collaboration with HR teams and external stakeholders.Manage unemployment claims and build timely, professional responses.Provide guidance to HR generalists, district managers, and store managers on unemployment policies and rehire eligibility.Deliver high-quality customer service through phone and email communication.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR initiatives and special projects.Stay current on state-specific unemployment laws, HR policies, and best practices.Protect sensitive partner information and uphold data privacy standards.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in customer service, HR administration, or case management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Adaptable to fast-changing environments and priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).Experience with claims processing, data entry, and HR systems is a plus.Preferred QualificationsEducation or certification in Human Resources or a related field.Experience with unemployment claims or financial relief programs.Familiarity with case management tools and HRIS platforms.Top SkillsClaims ProcessingHuman Resource AdministrationFinancial Relief ProgramsRehire EligibilityCase ManagementCustomer ServiceData EntryMicrosoft Office Proficiency

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
