Human Resource Coordinator
Human Resource Coordinator – Manufacturing Industry Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, Flexible Hours (9:00–4:00/5:00) Industry: Manufacturing / Customer Solutions Why Join Us? What You’ll Do This role is a blend oftalent acquisition (70%) and HR generalist support (30%), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong foundation in HR. Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: + Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. + Source candidates using job boards, marketing, and networking platforms. + Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records. + Conduct initial phone screenings and manage candidate communications. + Coordinate pre-employment requirements (physicals, drug tests, etc.). + Support onboarding: office setup, IT access, benefits review, and HRIS setup. + Track hiring progress and provide updates to HR Manager and hiring managers. HR Generalist Responsibilities: + Assist with payroll tasks, including tracking hours and supporting 401(k) remittances. + Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with regulations. + Support benefits enrollment, claims processing, and employee inquiries. + Help organize company events and engagement initiatives. + Address HR inquiries and support employee relations. + Assist with compliance audits and state-required training. + Contribute to special HR projects and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred). + 1+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative support. + Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
