As a Vice President on the Executive Compensation Strategy & Design team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the strategy, governance and delivery for various human capital disclosures across the Firm. Your role will involve research, project management and execution, partnering with colleagues cross-functionally, monitoring regulatory developments and driving global consistency while complying with local requirements across our human capital disclosures.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and drafting of various human capital-related disclosures (e.g., 10-K filing, ESG reports) throughout the year by developing comprehensive materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and the Firm’s strategic objectivesSupport the governance framework for human capital disclosures globally and lead regulatory sustainability testing and audits, including gathering and verifying necessary facts and data for reportingDevelop, oversee and maintain a repository of existing disclosures, controls, key partners and requirements to strategically plan for disclosures Conduct thorough benchmarking reviews and analyses of peer reports and year-over-year changesMonitor industry trends and regulatory developments, and partner with regional stakeholders to maintain optimal knowledge of jurisdictional considerations Synthesize new regulatory requirements, including distilling key information, develop and present strategy for management and other stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress and incoming requestsLead or provide support for ad hoc executive compensation projects, analyses and disclosures, and assist with key deliverables for our executive compensation programRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory management, external reporting, project management, finance, strategy or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related areaExceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and own multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and work both collaboratively and independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills to draft public disclosures and distill and present complex topics and proposals, and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong partnerships and drive accountabilityStrong analytical skills with the ability to deeply research and interpret complex requirements or data, balance big picture thinking and attention to detail, and present findings & recommendations conciselySelf-initiator and strategic thinker with a high degree of intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, sound judgement, and personal integrityHighly proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
