The Supply Run Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end operations of the Supply Run network within the Hub Delivery program. This role is responsible for managing the fleet of trucks that connect Delivery Stations with Hub Delivery small‑ and medium‑business partners (SMBs) using a milk‑run operating model. Collaborate with tech and product teams to identify, influence, and deploy technology solutions that improve routing, scheduling, and visibility.
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., utilization, on‑time performance, cost per route) and drive corrective actions when needed.
Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent execution across all Supply Run operations.
Partner with field operations and Delivery Station teams to resolve issues, improve handoffs, and maintain service quality.
Identify bottlenecks and operational risks, proposing and executing mitigation strategies.
Lead vendor or partner engagement for trucking providers, ensuring compliance with safety, service, and cost expectations.
Support long‑term network planning, including capacity forecasting, route design, and scalability assessments.
