Job Description:

Coordinates Hub and Sort Operations

Analyzes volume projections from load forecast plans to ensure adequate staffing.Reviews daily operational reports to manage productivity, performance, and service.Collaborates with aligned support functions (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Training, Human Resources, etc.) to plan day to day activities.Meets with union representatives to improve employee relations and minimize the number of grievances.적절한 인력 배치를 보장하기 위해 화물 예측 계획에서 볼륨 예측을 분석합니다.일일 운영 보고서를 검토하여 생산성, 성능 및 서비스를 관리합니다.조정된 지원 기능(e.g., Industrial Engineering, Training, Human Resources, etc.)과 협력하여 일상적인 활동을 계획합니다.노동조합 대표자들과 만나 직원관계를 개선하고 고충을 최소화합니다.

 

Monitors Safety Compliance

Serves as Co-Chairperson for the Comprehensive Health and Safety Process (CHSP) Committee to ensure committed processes are in place.Holds team accountable to execute agreed plans of safety, service, and production standards.Monitors results (e.g., safety tests, observations, etc.) to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and UPS’s Safe Work Methods.Reviews training documentation to ensure compliance with UPS and regulatory training requirements.포괄적인 보건 및 안전 프로세스(CHSP) 위원회의 공동 의장직을 맡아 헌신적인 프로세스가 마련되도록 보장합니다.안전, 서비스 및 생산 표준에 대해 합의된 계획을 실행할 책임을 팀에 부여합니다.결과(예: 안전 테스트, 관찰 등)를 모니터링하여 교통부(DOT), 산업안전보건청(OSHA) 및 UPS의 안전한 작업 방법을 준수하는지 확인합니다.UPS 및 규제 교육 요구 사항을 준수하는지 확인하기 위해 교육 문서를 검토합니다.

 

Supervises and Develops Others

Determines employees’ training needs to produce continuous development plans.Provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance.Conducts performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous performance improvement.Holds others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals.Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS’s policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork.지속적인 개발 계획을 수립하는 데 필요한 직원 교육을 결정합니다.성과 개선을 위해 지속적인 피드백과 지원을 제공합니다.지속적인 성과 개선을 장려하기 위해 일관되고 공정하며 객관적인 방식으로 성과 평가를 실시합니다.개인 및 그룹 목표를 달성하기 위해 설정된 성과 수준에 대해 다른 사람들에게 책임을 묻습니다.팀워크에 동기를 부여하고 육성하기 위해 적시에 UPS의 정책 및 절차에 따라 개인 및 그룹 성과 문제를 해결합니다.

 

Supervises Assistance of Internal and External Customer Needs

Attends Hub pre-sort meetings to understand operational needs.Collaborates with internal customers to ensure loads are processed on-time according to service commitments. .Communicates cross-functionally (e.g., Other Hub supervisors, Plant Engineering, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure equipment is serviced, staffing aligns with the pre-sort plan, and packages are sorted correctly.운영상의 요구 사항을 이해하기 위해 허브 사전 분류작업 업무 회의에 참석합니다.내부 고객과 협력하여 서비스 약속에 따라 화물이 정시에 처리되도록 합니다. .장비가 원활하게 작동되고, 직원 배치가 분류 전 계획에 맞춰 조정되고, 화물이 올바르게 분류되도록 다양한 부서(e.g., Other Hub supervisors, Plant Engineering, Human Resources, etc.)과 소통합니다.

Working Hours: Rotating schedule

Weekend and holiday shifts may be required depending on operational needs. (08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00 / 13:00–22:00)상황에 따라 주말 및 휴일 근무 포함
