Job overview and responsibilities
Reporting to Manager or Shift Manager, represent the station Technical Operations department in a professional manner while interacting and coordinating with other departments in the Station Operations Center, Aircraft Routing, Aircraft Dispatch, and Flight Crews.
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalentFAA A&P Certificate5 years in the aircraft maintenance industryContract and regulatory experienceMeets or exceeds operational performance goals including on-time performance, maintenance check span, productivity & safety objectivesMeets or exceeds business plan objectivesIdentifies the need for change and / or improvement and executes the same involving the appropriate people and level of resources as neededBuilds and maintains professional and productive work environment for labor groups and management teamsEffectively communicates with employees of all levels aligning the team for successExtensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable FAA regulationsSetting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to manage an organization or ongoing activities within itIdentifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
The base pay range for this role is $121,383.48 to $148,357.58.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
