Job Description:

This position performs general administrative responsibilities and handling small scale projects. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of reports using various software packages

Compilation of information from various sources

Performs general office duties: data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Intermediate computer skills: Access, Excel, and Word (Microsoft Office). 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent – Preferred 

Data Entry experience - Preferred

Job Type: Part Time Permanent - Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per weekHourly Wage: $17.75Job Location: 22 AERO DRIVE NE CALGARY, AB T2E 8Z9Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 pm to 10 pm) - Must be available to work flexible hours, as scheduling may vary based on operational needs - Required.
