In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs, ensuring they meet both regulatory standards and client expectations. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a passion for safety excellence, we’d love to hear from you. **Key responsibilities:** + Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support on HSE-related matters to internal teams and stakeholders. + Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements. + Evaluate new and existing safety initiatives, recommending improvements to enhance effectiveness. + Monitor and analyze key HSE performance indicators, including incidents, injuries, and illnesses. + Maintain and oversee HSE plans, procedures, and playbooks, ensuring they are current, comprehensive, and effectively applied. + Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality. + Address complex challenges by developing innovative solutions and refining existing processes. + Introduce and implement new methodologies to improve team performance and support strategic goals. **Qualifications:** + Diploma is required with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. + Previous experience in a supervisory or shift management role is preferred. + Strong understanding of core processes, procedures, and systems within the HSE function, with basic knowledge of related areas. + Ability to communicate complex concepts and sensitive information clearly and effectively. + Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
