Your role and tasks

In this role, you will collaborate closely with three dedicated HSE colleagues to maintain a strong and consistent focus on safety and workplace well-being. Your responsibilities will include promoting and implementing safety concepts, regulations, and legislation, as well as advising colleagues in specific work situations. Our work is guided by ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
You will join our Marine division, which delivers advanced electrical and automation solutions to the maritime industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Promote and implement safety and occupational health concepts across the organization.Collect, analyze, and interpret incident data, including preparing clear reports for management.Live up to ABB’s core values of safety and integrity by taking personal responsibility for your tasks, your colleagues, and the business.Maintain and further develop the integrated QHSE management system to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Qualifications for the role
Solid experience within HSE and comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation.Previous experience working with sustainability.Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.Experience in developing and delivering training and educational activities.A safety-mindset, always approaching tasks with a safety-first perspective.Good communication skills, including the ability to build understanding of the importance of safety.Proficiency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.More about us

You will be based in our Middelfart office and become part of a team of two HSE Specialists and one Country HSE Manager, who are located across both Middelfart and Ballerup. The role may involve travel within Denmark and, on rare occasions, elsewhere in Europe.
The position reports to Country HSE Manager Claus Vesterled.
