HSE Manager Lovosice & Marianske Lazne
**Job Description** The purpose of the role of HSE Manager is to create and implement health, safety, security, fire prevention and environmental regulations strategy for Lovosice and Marianske Lazne factories to achieve world class safety culture and accident free work environment and to implement company health, safety, security & environmental management systems in the facility. **How you will contribute** You will: + Lead and supervise the team which is responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing implementation of all HSE programs and processes + Provide HSE expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities + Plan/Budget/Control annual capital budget for HSE to ensure flawless execution of the HSE plan and adherence to all internal and external compliance standards + Understand relevant technical requirements in HSE and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and company policies + Ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow ups implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents, asset losses, security breaches and environmental issues + Provide linkage to the Regional function by actively participating in policy and best practice development + Lead the facilities emergency response planning, training and be proficient in the company’s Special Situations Management program. + Direct the maintenance and inspection of fire protection systems **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
