HRIT Reporting and Data Analyst
Job Description Maintain and support Hyatt’s current HR reporting and analytics systems as tech platforms undergo multi‑year transformation Collaborate with HRIT, HR, and Payroll teams to meet reporting requirements across global teams Identify appropriate data sources (EDW, HRIS systems, etc.) based on request type Design, develop, test, and deploy reports using: ADP Enterprise Reporting, PeopleSoft Query, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone, LMS Reporting Tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau Aggregate data from multiple systems for enterprise-level reporting Conduct audit checks and annual data validations; recommend process improvements Perform statistical analysis / research to identify patterns and key insights Analyze and troubleshoot report issues; resolve data quality problems related to HR data Create and maintain documentation: reporting guides, admin documentation, data dictionaries Support HR analytics projects including dashboards, data integrity testing, and system optimization Respond to urgent reporting requests while ensuring compliance with security and access protocols Prototype reporting options for end users as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum 2 years of HR report writing experience (joins, combining tables, etc.) 2 years of HRIS/HRIT or database system administration experience Experience using Alteryx and HR reporting tools Experience with ADPR and Peoplesoft Queries Experience designing, developing, and testing reports from HR systems such as: ADP Reporting, PeopleSoft Query, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone, LMS Reporting Ability to aggregate and validate data from multiple systems (EDW, HRIS, Payroll, etc.) Intermediate proficiency with Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.) Strong organization, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Experience with data auditing, data integrity checks, and troubleshooting Ability to respond to time‑sensitive, sometimes confidential report requests High level of reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality Tableau or other data visualization tool experience HR, HRIS, or payroll functional knowledge Employee data reporting experience Basic to advanced statistical and research skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (PPT, Word) Experience documenting end‑user guides, data dictionaries, and admin materials Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
