Job Description
The HRIS Reporting Analyst will support strategic HR initiatives by providing HR reports using advanced data extraction tools and techniques. The role involves leveraging data analytics expertise to understand organizational needs and contribute to strategy formation and execution. Additionally, the Analyst will promote and support HR system enhancements by adjusting HR processes and leading testing.
ResponsibilitiesTriage and complete HR mass load requests.Lead and participate in audits of HR/Payroll data for quality control.Collaborate with IT reporting team to create standardized HR reports.Provide reporting and analytics for HR/Payroll Shared Services Service Level Agreement adherence.Support required Federal and State HR/Payroll reporting as needed.Maintain and create internal documentation for HR/Payroll Shared Services functions associated with HRIS.Provide reporting and analytics for major HR projects, including new entity integration and system enhancements.Provide HR customer support for standardized HR reporting tools.Coordinate and deliver training and support to HRIS reporting specialists for both HR functional knowledge and query design skills.Provide ad-hoc reporting for requests not achievable through standardized reporting tools.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.Two or more years of related HRIS/HR Systems experience.Two or more years’ experience with query design and basic ABAP programming or equivalent experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsReporting experience with SAP or other ERP systems like Oracle or PeopleSoft.HR Certification.Knowledge and understanding of organizational and administrative structure.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role located at 1101 E 33rd Street, with on-site presence required on Tuesdays and either Wednesday or Thursday, two days per week after training. Equipment will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr.
