Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Human Resources Information Systems. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic use of employee data across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for data integrity, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize HRIS platforms (e.g., the person, Workday, or similar).Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and leadership decision-making.Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to implement system upgrades, integrations, and new modules.Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.Document processes, workflows, and system configuration.Support compliance efforts by ensuring HRIS processes align with legal and regulatory standards.Participate in HR technology projects, including vendor evaluations and system implementations.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with HRIS systemsDayforce and/or Workday experience is requiredHands-on experience with the person.Experience with Workday can work as well.Project Management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

The manager is open to the candidate working fully remote for the consultancy period through 2025.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.
