Job Description
The HRIS System Administrator serves as the technical expert for the UKG Pro WFM platform, responsible for system configuration and optimization across the enterprise. This role functions as the primary technical resource for our UKG environment, assisting with system enhancements and automation initiatives in collaboration with various departments. Operating within a Human Resources shared services model, this position serves multiple business groups enterprise-wide.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the technical expert for the UKG Pro WFM platform, ensuring business rules meet changing business and technology needs.
+ Maintain configuration of UKG Pro and WFM codes, system business rules, and automated workflows.
+ Collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other functional areas to ensure seamless data flow and system integration across departments.
+ Support system upgrades and enhancement projects, ensuring technical requirements are met within established timelines.
+ Develop reports, analytics solutions, and custom dashboards using UKG Pro BI reporting tools.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to HR team members and cross-functional users through Jira ticketing system management.
+ Partner with Payroll and Finance departments to ensure accurate data transfer, reporting alignment, and process optimization.
+ Work with the Finance team to support GL tasks within UKG Pro.
+ Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.
+ Support process automation initiatives and system optimization to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Essential Skills
+ High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
+ Five years of HRIS experience with a minimum of three years of hands-on UKG Pro WFM expertise.
+ Strong bg in Kronos systems preferred.
+ Formal project experience and ability to support team initiatives.
+ Advanced computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
+ Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelors Degree OR GED
+ Native American hiring preference applies.
Work Environment
The position is primarily sedentary with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. It is based in an indoor office environment with moderate noise levels and potential exposure to tobacco smoke and moving mechanical parts in a casino environment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with options for fully remote or onsite work in Buellton.

This is a Contract position based out of Buellton, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
