Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team for 6 months. About the Job:

Provide hands-on consulting and develop customized strategies tailored to the needs of the client group.Facilitate effective people and organizational management practices and drive the delivery of people strategy projects.Gather feedback, analyze data, and present findings via multiple formats.Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.Support organizational objectives and priorities through additional tasks.

About You:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is highly desired.10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success determining strategies required.Superior judgement and strong confidentiality skills with the ability to proactively manage employment risks.Experience with HRIS systems and strong proficiency in MS Suite are required.

Compensation/Benefits:
