Our client, an industrial technology company in Rockville, MD, is seeking a temporary HR & Consultant to support their team through the end of the year!

Responsibilities:

Lead H-1B preparations, update job descriptions, and review documents to ensure alignment and compliance with SOC codes and requirements.Recommend compensation adjustments to improve competitiveness and partner closely with immigration counsel to ensure compliance with regulations.Provide employee lifecycle support from the recruiting process to onboarding/offboarding.Maintain candidate tracking and handle records management.Additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

5+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated success in compensation and benefits analysis.A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.Experience supporting H-1B processes and working with SOC codes Is required.Strong sense of confidentiality with ability to use discretion.Great interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Position Information:
