HR Technology Specialist – International HR Data Operations

Job Description:

About the Role:
Join our dynamic, HR Data Management team supporting cutting-edge HR systems such as Workday which manages core HR and payroll data across 50+ countries. We are seeking a tech-savvy HR Technology Specialist passionate about leveraging innovative tools like AI, Power BI, and automation to drive data excellence, streamline processes, and enhance system performance on an international scale.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality support for client reporting requests and HR data inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.Harness AI-driven technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot to automate processes and unlock data insights.Execute complex data actions within Workday, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and compliance.Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, collaborating across teams to implement bug fixes and system enhancements.Lead and contribute to international projects aimed at optimizing HR system efficiency and user experience.Develop clear technical documentation and user guides that empower teams and end-users.Continuously improve team workflows, including optimizing ticket management and support processes.

What We’re Looking For:

A data enthusiast with a knack for interpreting complex datasets and understanding system architecture.Strong analytical thinker with experience reviewing system requirements, test cases, and identifying logical improvements.Fluent in English, verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, pragmatic, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.Innovative mindset eager to explore and implement new technologies and process improvements.Familiarity with Workday, AI Microsoft technologies is a plus.Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse global teams.

Qualifications:

Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within International HR or Finance functions.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, AI powered Microsoft toolsBachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Location: Bratislava, Kosice or Brno; flexible hybrid model (2/3 days in office)

Working time: EMEA with flexibility

Compensation: salary for Slovakia starting from 2,180 EUR gross per month. The actual salary will be determined based on your skills, experience, and knowledge.
