Job Description
We are seeking a HR Resource Planning Operations Associate to join our Global Workforce Planning and Analytics team. This role is crucial in supporting the pre-recruitment phase to ensure a successful hiring experience. As the first point of contact for hiring managers, you will assist with updating position attributes, creating job requisitions, modifying job descriptions, and verifying adherence to companywide compliance guidelines. This role supports effective hiring against workforce plans and aids recruiters with requisition edits and assignments.
ResponsibilitiesEngage closely with hiring managers, workforce planners, and the Talent Acquisition team.Partner with the centralized Workforce Planning team to align with approved hiring demand.Consult and advise hiring managers to ensure job descriptions have inclusive language.Act as the operational liaison between approved positions and the initiation of the recruiting process.Manage and maintain data accuracy between position details and job requisitions.Lead operations by triaging questions and inquiries on the hiring process and status of workforce plans.Champion facilitation and enhancements to global processes.Collaborate with global team members to develop a consistent, scalable process.Maintain and update data in proprietary recruiting systems and prepare information for leadership review.Provide guidance on recruiting processes, tools, and resources.Have a flexible schedule to support global partners in the region.Essential SkillsAdministrative support experience (6 months or a bachelor's degree)Knowledge of human resourcesFiling skillsHR supportCustomer service orientationExperience with Workday and SmartRecruiters or similar HCM and ATS tools is preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
