HR Systems Specialist
**Position Overview** The HR Systems Specialist will support various Workday configurations while providing improvements to functionality and analytics supporting our HR teams. The Specialist will also serve as tier 2 support, troubleshooting and triaging user incidents. This individual will serve as a frontline resource by supporting short-term & long-term direction and design requirements. They will analyze trends in user activity while maintaining HR processes, and highlight opportunities for improvements, contributing to the specifications, testing, and implementation of reporting and new/redesigned processes and functionality. **A Day In The Life** + **Maintains core elements** of HR systems and data such as **assignable roles, organization management, security and data requests** + **Serve as primary support** for inquiries and system issues through ServiceNow application, providing transactional resolution and technical guidance and direction to users within established SLAs supporting Workday, Paradox, and other HR Systems + **Modifies and administers reports and data access** to support business needs, provide key insights, and enhance the use of Workday dashboards + **Support** ongoing system projects, **assisting** in configuration, testing, and user adoption + **Provide insight** into functional operation of the application, **identifying trends in user activity** and potential barriers to successful adoption; advocates for system developments and enhancements to continuously improve user experience + Maintain technical and industry knowledge by actively participating in Workday Community and other forums; continually increase personal knowledge and maintain professional development through training and research **You'll Come With** + Associate’s degree (2-year degree) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience + 0-2 years of HR or system administration experience, or equivalent combination of Workday usage and enhanced user access + General understanding of **HR processes, practices and methodology** + **Aptitude to troubleshoot, test, and escalate trends** + Data manipulation skills and **ability to work within project management foundations** + Problem solving skills and ability to think critically & analytically + Must have **sound judgement in discerning escalation** and exercises considerable judgment and discretion in preparing and handling information of a sensitive nature + Must be resourceful and have a customer-focused and solutions-oriented attitude \#KI-KG2 **Come join our team.
