Department Overview:
The L&D Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of low-to-medium complexity L&D projects which entail design, development, and delivery of internal or outsourced enterprise-wide and business-specific solutions. The successful candidate will effectively leverage project management methodologies, processes, and tools & technologies to establish clarity of vision and a detailed execution plan throughout each project life cycle. The day to day could entail the following:
Understand and follow L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats including but not limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed learner pathways, and workshopsLead the end-to-end planning and execution of low-to-medium complexity L&D projects, leveraging key project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Support the vendor engagement and onboarding process when third-party learning solutions are within scopeBuild relationships and maintain regular communications with internal and external stakeholdersReport on project progress and actively manage/resolve risks and issuesConduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvementThe HR Specialist provides specialized analysis, consultative service and advice for own area of expertise, and develops, designs and, delivers HR solutions to enable businesses to achieve their goals and objectives.
