As the People Solutions HR Specialist, you will be a member of a central HR team that provides HR support for 16,000 employees across the US and Canada. In addition to general support, you will also provide specialized support for Workday and Time and Attendance issues.

Responsibilities

Maintain and employee records and tracking of required documentation via our HRIS Tool – WorkdayExecute core HR processes and employee documentation, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment statusProvide support of Workday reporting, audits, and security accessPerform data quality review on employee data in Workday, manage the list of errors, discover data gaps and partner with HR to correct data when applicableTransactional processing of Purchase Orders, invoicing for 3rd party vendors, employee one-time payments and reimbursements.Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and careSupport special projects requiring a high level of detail and accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related.Fluent in English, both written and verbal2+ years of experience in HR OperationsDemonstrated experience transacting in WorkdayStrong oral and written communication skills, teamplayer.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
