We are seeking a HR Process Automation & Compliance Senior Specialist on a contract basis to provide urgent coverage for a leave of absence. This contract role will focus on building and maintaining automated HR workflows using Microsoft Power Platform while ensuring compliance and confidentiality across processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform toolsDigitize HR forms and manage end-to-end workflow processesAutomate emails, approvals, and routing processesSupport flexible work arrangement processes within Power PlatformGenerate reports and perform data pulls as neededHandle sensitive HR and compliance-related information with discretionCollaborative team supporting HR automation, data, and compliance initiativesCross-functional team distributed across multiple U.S. locations

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HR AdministrationFirm understanding of US (Federal and Local) Employment LawStrong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms)Experience with light coding or scripting (e.g., Python, HTML) preferredBackground in HR, compliance, or handling confidential dataExperience managing HR or compliance inquiries (shared inboxes a plus) A116324CHI_1769105475 To Apply for this Job Click Here
