We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Services Generalist in our Milan or Manno office.
Department overview:
The HR Services Team EMEA is a dynamic, hands‑on, and internationally focused function dedicated to delivering accurate, compliant, and timely HR support across multiple countries. The team manages the full employee lifecycle—from contractual and administrative processes to payroll file preparation, audits, and reporting—ensuring data integrity and operational excellence. They also collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to provide consistent, high‑quality service across the region.
What You’ll Do:
As a proactive, hands-on and internationally minded member of the HR Services Team EMEA, you’ll be responsible for the provision of efficient, accurate, compliant and timely processing of all HR Operational tasks in their Countries.
This is referring, but not limited, to all administrative HR tasks, payroll file preparation, as well as ad hoc project implementation and regular audits/reporting to maintain an accurate database.
The complete HR operational administration lifecycle: preparing employee contracts, letters, statements, leaver documents, tracking of probation period and contract prolongations in line with local laws, maintaining personnel files as well as HRIS systems for audit purposes in a timely mannerPreparing the monthly payroll files for the region in cooperation with the retail stores and with the MK Payroll Team: Tracking sick leave and holiday administration, calculate pro rata leave entitlement and balances on a monthly basis, reviewing and validating Time and Attendance timesheets (including verification of working hours and Overtime rules) in line with local laws and in a timely and accurate mannerPreparing ad hoc regional reports with relevant employee data for Finance, Payroll, Retail Operations and other departments as requestedPartner with the Center of Excellence based in London and regional HR Business Partners, including senior leadership teamsYou’ll Need to Have:
Proven HR Administration in a multi-site international organization (minimum 3-5 years)Exposure to and knowledge of Italian labour law and social security regulationsExcellent administrative, communication and organization skillsFluent in Italian, English and Spanish would be a plusHands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude to build relationships with the Field population remotelyExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience working with an HRIS systemWe’d Love to See:
