Required Qualifications:
4+ years of HR Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experienceGlobal mobility experience with expertise in immigration, international assignments, and relocation processes, particularly for US, India, and the PhilippinesDemonstrate proven experience in developing talent, coaching team members, and influencing senior leadership to drive strategic mobility initiativesDemonstrable experience in Stakeholder Management: having the ability to effectively set and manage expectations, have difficult conversations when necessary and liaise with individuals at all levels within the organizationExperience with HR and Mobility Platforms: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Workday, and mobility applications to manage workflows, data integrity, and employee experience effectivelyExperience working in a global operating environment, collaborating across regions and time zones and working within a matrixed organizational structure
