**About the HR Analytics and Reporting Team**
Join WM’s HR Reporting & Analytics team—a trusted partner to leadership and a driving force behind data‑informed HR strategy. As an HR Analytics Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience working with real workforce data, exploring HR data architecture, and developing interactive dashboards that support high‑visibility decisions across the organization.
You’ll analyze trends, translate findings into clear insights, and contribute to initiatives that enhance how our business understands and supports its people. Along the way, you’ll learn how HR analytics operates behind the scenes in a large, purpose‑driven company—while having opportunities to share your ideas, improve processes, and influence meaningful outcomes.

**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understand fundamental parts of the problem.
+ Conducts analysis as directed, and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.
+ Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager.
+ Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
+ Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
**III. Qualifications**
**A. Required Qualifications**
+ Interns must have a High school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship.

+ This internship is based onsite at our downtown Houston, TX headquarters Monday through Thursday with a flexible work from home day on Friday.
